Ryan Emswiler is the owner/CEO of Buckeye Preservation established in 2004. Ryan worked for REO bank owned properties and provided maintenance, debris/trash removal and lawn services. He followed strict bank code guidelines. He then began working with investors and on residential properties. He provided ground keeping services, hauling and cleanup. He is fully insured. Ryan treats each property as if it is his own. His service area includes the following counties in Ohio: Fairfield, Franklin and Licking.
